Dixie is quickly trying to finish up washing the dishes because she really has to pee. Suddenly she hears a crash and jumps to see what it is and a police officer comes bursting into her apartment saying he has a warrant for someone she's never heard of before! She tries to explain to him that he has the wrong address but he doesn't listen and before she know what's happening he pulls out the handcuffs and cuffs her to her own stairs.
