Cherie is touring a condo for sale that she's interested in buying with a real estate broker. While he's giving her his sales pitch she interrupts him to ask if she might use the restroom quickly but he informs her that unfortunately the bathrooms are being remodeled as part of the renovation of the property and aren't functional currently.
