On your knees and literally beg me for your job. But that in and of itself really isn't enough. I think there needs to be some kind of punishment. Not only to show you how serious I am about your job performance but also to relieve some of the frustrations I have with you. I think that when I've had enough of your begging I'm going to make you get on your back and then I'm going to pull down my panties, squat over your face and piss in your mouth. Of course my aim isn't that great and it's going to shower all over your face as well, but you'd better swallow as much as you can. After that you can clean the rest up and I'll decide if it's enough to convince me not to fire you.
