Dixie's step-brother is grounded for getting in a fight at school and she comes into his room to sympathize with him. As she's talking to him she can't help but notice how squirmy and restless he is and she ask him what the problem is. He tells her that he really has to pee but that their step-mom is so mad at him that she told him he couldn't leave his room for any reason whatsoever. He's starting to get really desperate.
