Today I'm making one of my all time favorite, the French "75!
The normal recipe calls for a nice mix of fragrant Gin with simple syrup and lemon juice shaken or stirred with ice then strained into a glass and finished with a splash of Champagne, however in wouldn't be With Dixie unless we made it a Piss, so we are replacing the lemon juice with my own special nectar to create my own concoction, the French Piss "75.
