My trainer Amo comes over for my weekly training session. When she arrives, she finds all sorts of delicious desserts out in my kitchen. She gets really upset with me as she has given me a specific diet and none of that is on it. She has brought a special workout outfit with her because she had a feeling i wasn't going to follow her diet it. The outfit is only the beginning of my punishment. All i will say is i get extremely messy and humiliated.
