You wake up to find yourself in a strange room on the floor, there is a woman above you and as you go to move, you find that you can't! "Ooh, wakey wakey! Glad to see your eyes finally open!" The woman above you explains that she's incapacitated you for the time being with a special concoction, "I made sure that you'd still be able to feel everything, though." she laughs, "You know what I want, and you know what I want to hear! Until you decide to give me that information, I'll just crush your balls over and over until you decide you can no longer take the pain."
