I'm realizing my addiction doesn't really have a limit. Let me tell you this, tonight I had my usual night smoke just before going to bed, I was so tired. I exhaled the last puff and slipped under the covers for a good rest, so comfy and warm. It was not long until I was completely resting, maybe even dreaming. Then suddenly I woke up, it was crazy but I knew what my body wanted, I knew why I couldn't keep napping but it was the middle of the night!
