Here are the details:
length: 2 mins
-you have your feet resting on a table/desk while you sit and play on your phone/reading something/look to the side and pretend you're watching tv (you can pick out of any of these)
-camera on the table, close to your feet (but your full feet should be visible)
-feet next to each other
-soles facing the camera while you scrunch your soles over and over (the longer you can hold the scrunch the better, but don't do it until you get tired, just naturally)
-your full face should be visible in the background...
