You always watch your neighbor smoke from your balcony and then one day she calls you. You couldn't believe your ears, and of course, she needed help with something. Apparently her TV is broken and she wants to watch Keeping up with the Kardashians, hopefully she's gonna smoke while you're there and of course, you're gonna take as long as you can to fix her TV.
