Lisa is frightened. The bad guys have her step-sister and are doing all kinds of terrible things to her. They demand a strange ransom - the Raven File - so they can underbid their competition on a multi-million dollar construction job. Her ex-boyfriend has it and her only chance of getting her step-sister freed is to find him and the file. She has to turn it over to them... and quick!
