Janet falls for it, asks her over, and finds herself handcuffed and being teased by Lisa's unrelenting, furious tickling. Luckily Dave happens by and helps poor Janet out of her mess and they both turn o Lisa, who is much too serious, bind her and tickle her unmercifully with feathers and their fingers playing over her arm-pits, ribs and bare feet until she breaks down with uncontrollable laughter letting Dave know that he now has two "Giggles Forever"!
