Karma hates balloons popping. She sees them as friends and refuses to destroy anything - including this helpless balloon. After having been beaten with balloons in the last videos Karma is trying to find balloons she doesnt like so that she can allow Addiction to pop them. It still makes her jump but it doesnt "break [her] heart". Addiction just laughs at Karma's obvious discomfort. Karma then opens up and explains why she hates the sound of popping balloons.
