I needed to get fit or at least fitter so I enlisted the help of a personal Trainer, he came Highly Recommended and once we got started I knew he would be putting me through my paces.

His name was Josh and we soon made a start on my new Fitness regime but some of the exercises seemed a little unorthodox but were to say the least enjoyable and they certainly seemed to be doing me some good.
