The final two treatments for Rosa seem to make an impact. When stubborn patients do not make appropriate behavioural changes, radical treatments such as these were implemented! Rosa begins to see sense and sees that therapy is good (really really good in fact). Perhaps The Mad Doctor's treatment plan is what changes Rosa's thinking, as it's not too dissimilar to her own. This asylum may seem filthy minded and perverted, but just remember, this is the only way that people can be cured!
