I've just retured from Jamaica, where the sea and sand have sadly destroyed some of my beautiful, natural long nails. I show them off, then remove what's left of my polish before trimming down the remaining longer ones with nail clippers. I then file them into shape. Please note this recorded with a slight sound delay so my voice is slightly out of sync.
