One of my favorite things to do is take a nice long hot shower. Better than that is it loosens up all the nasty mucus in my nose. The best thing is it doesn't matter where the blow goes since the water just washes it away so here is my chance to BLOW AND BLOW each side long and hard. After I get out thinking the nostrils are all cleaned out, lol oh no they are full again. I guess it just loosened up so much more than I thought.
