The first thing I want to say is NEVER again!! OMG this was so bad, so terrible I almost couldn't make it through!! I go outside because I figured it would make a big mess but glad I did so I could spit and sneeze thi red stuff everywhere!!!! Immediately when I eat the cinnamon I cough and cough and cough out red powder over and over. This stuff made me wanna honestly throw up so you will sooo hear me gag and gag!!
