The first thing I want to say is NEVER again!! OMG this was so bad, so terrible I almost couldn't make it through!! I go outside because I figured it would make a big mess but glad I did so I could spit and sneeze thi red stuff everywhere!!!! I go outside because I figured it would make a big mess but glad I did so I could spit and sneeze thi red stuff everywhere!!!! Immediately when I eat the cinnamon I cough and cough and cough out red powder over and over. This stuff made me wanna honestly throw up so you will sooo hear me gag and gag!! The sneezes started and continued for a while. You will see where I coughed and sneezed so much I have red snot actually on my chin dripping. After all the coughing and sneezing it's time to blow my nose and get all that red cinnamon out!! It's burning my throat, my nose and has dried my throat up so much I am losing my voice!! I continue to blow my nose loud and long and loud in a white cloth hankie over and over. Finally I get rid of all the cinnamon! I tell ya I have tasted a lot of things in my life, some really good and some really bad but this I think takes the cake in the category of THE WORSE EVER!!!!!
