REQUEST: "Some general comments :-) Wear your school uniform outfit (skirt) The camera should always film the inside of your feet or the back of your feet (see pic for example). 1st scene - You are lying in bed on your belly, feet up, you are resting your heels and arches that have been extremely sore since you injured them in cheer practice. Please move your hand behind your back so you can massage and rub your heels. 2nd scene - You get out of bed but as soon as you place your feet on the floor and take your first step you notice a sharp pain right where your heel meets the arch, it's excruciating! You a couple more steps and you are to sit down and inspect the area of pain. You press with your finger on your heel pad and the beginning of your arch. You are almost in tears. 3rd scene - You must practice for the game so you put on your too small high heels because that is the uniform for the game. You make small jumps but you heels are very sore. But the pain is much worse because you can feel something in the shoe. You climb on a low chair and make a few jumps but as soon as you hit the floor you feel as if a stone is digging into the bottom of your heel! You are lying on the floor grasping your poor heels. (film this from your side, not the front). 4th scene - You crawl to a chair and sit down and take your heels out of the shoes - You can see a small pebble on each shoe and it made an impression on your heel pad! Your heels are so red and swollen, you have to massage them. 5th scene - You decide to go to the doctor, the pain is bad enough. You to your high heel shoes and put them on. Then you hobble through the door 6th scene - You are in the doctors office, you sit down, place your left foot on your right knee and only remove your shoe so it exposes your bare heel and arch. You start by saying "Please doctor, you must help me. My heels are me, I can hardly walk" you then explain to the doctor how badly you have hurt your heels in practice and that you have been trying to rest, but as soon as you got up you felt a shooting pain (You should trace your heel pad and your arch with your finger as you explain where it hurts) 7th scene - The doctor asks you to remove your shoes and walk so he can analyze your gait. Please shoot this with the camera on the floor, you should walk away from the camera, then walk back to it (this should be as close to your heels as you can). Then the Doctor asks you to walk on your tip toes - again walk away from the camera and then back to it a couple of times. Lastly the doctor asks you to walk on your heels. You do your best but they hurt so bad that you constantly complain "my heels are me". 8th scene - You sit down once more and massage your poor heels and arches. The doctor asks you to point with your finger which part of your heel hurt the most. So you place your finger on the base of the back "rim" of your heel and say "here" then you move and place your finger on the bottom of your heel and moan "here as well". Lastly you trace your finger where your heel meets the arch and you gasp "this spot is absolutely me, my poor heel and arch". 9th and final scene - You are back home, limping through the front door (you are wearing your high heels, but your heels are popped out of them) You all the way to the couch and sit down to remove your shoes and massage your aching heels and arches."
