"Some general comments :-) Wear your school uniform outfit (skirt) The camera should always film the inside of your feet or the back of your feet (see pic for example). 1st scene - You are lying in bed on your belly, feet up, you are resting your heels and arches that have been extremely sore since you injured them in cheer practice.
