Warm up with treaded thick heel boots... now that’s a lesson Ken will never forget ;) Brutal marching, stomping and twisting, oh he got warm real quick haha every step is excruciating with these boots, you can see Ken having a tough time tolerating me this time, which is why I made his time in the box longer than I originally planned ;D he doesn’t dare to ask for mercy which is lucky for him... He knows I set the level of what he can handle, this was just the warm-up... Wait till you see what happens in Part 2.
