Saia wakes up at a friend's house and doesn't have a toothbrush, so she uses her finger to brush her teeth clean. She starts off in the mirror, examining each of her teeth and making sure that her fingers and nails brush every single one. Then, she lays on the bed and continues brushing until she is satisfied that her teeth are shiny and clean.
