Roxie is finally getting back to normal after dealing with another injury to her right ankle. This time with the help of physical therapy she feels her ankle is stronger and more stable. The only problem is a one, as the doctor continues to advise her to stay away from high heels for awhile. Will Roxie be able to steer clear of her favorite shoes? Roxie is getting ready for work as she walks over to the closet and picks out a pair of flats, walks over to the bed and slips them on. Turning to leave Roxie looks one last time to make sure she hasn't forgotten anything and sees her high heels in the closet. Unable to resist Roxie grabs one of her favorite pairs, sits down, slips out of the flats and finally puts on the heels. Extremely pleased with the sight of her feet in a pair beautiful heels Roxie can't help but smile. Next she stands and carefully takes a few test steps and is thrilled to find that she can walk normally. Her ankle does begin to feel a little sore but she decides to wear the heels to work anyway. Finally ready to head out Roxie makes her way down the stairs but on the final step her right foot hits the floor and her ankle gives out and rolls send her falling to the ground once again clutching her right ankle. Frustrated and in pain Roxie slowly sits up and looks at her ankle to what the damage is. Already seeing that her ankle is swelling Roxie is worried that she may have hurt in badly again. Wanting to call her doctor she grabs her phone from the bag on the floor, slips off her left shoe and then very gently slides the right shoe off. Carefully standing up Roxie hops over to the couch, props up her right foot on a pillow and calls her doctor to see if they have time to fit her in. Gently rubbing her right ankle Roxie talks about how tired she is of dealing with ankle trouble and she wishes it would just get back to normal. Next Roxie calls her friend to tell her what happened and to see if she can help her to doctor again.
