Luna received a plastic trading card in the mail, you sent it to her and asked her to play with it. I guess it's a phone card... who even uses those anymore? Luna stomps on, caresses, and plays with this card with her shoes on, inside her shoes, inside her pantyhose, with and with bare feet too.
