Monica arrives at her office in the morning to find a package on her desk. She s not expecting anything so what can it be? She un-wraps the package and finds a note which says A special gift for a very special lady - from an admirer Underneath the note are a pair of designer high heel stiletto slingbacks. They're beautiful. Monica says to herself as she takes them out and looks at them. They are my size too. There are no clues as to who may have sent them to her. She slips off the shoes shes wearing and tries her new gift on. They fit perfectly and she loves how they look. I think I ll wear...

Monica arrives at her office in the morning to find a package on her desk. She s not expecting anything so what can it be? She un-wraps the package and finds a note which says A special gift for a very special lady - from an admirer Underneath the note are a pair of designer high heel stiletto slingbacks. They're beautiful. Monica says to herself as she takes them out and looks at them. They are my size too. There are no clues as to who may have sent them to her. She slips off the shoes shes wearing and tries her new gift on. They fit perfectly and she loves how they look. I think I ll wear them for the rest of the day and see if I can find out who sent them. A few minutes later her boss arrives. She smiles and greets him. She knows that he likes her and always pays attention to what she wears. He soon spots her new shoes and comments on them. I've just got them. Do you like how I look in them? she asks. Yes. You look very sexy. He tells her and then turns and goes into his office. I don t think he bought them for me she thinks, but maybe someone else in the office. She goes to the kitchen to make a coffee for her boss. Whilst she's there one of her fellow workers comes in. They chat briefly but he doesn t comment on her shoes. She takes the coffee in to her boss and returns to her office. She needs to get something out of the top of one of the cupboards and is standing on tip toes try to reach it when another male colleague comes into her office. Be careful Monica. Don t twist your ankle in those high heels. He begs her. She turns around and smiles at him. I ll try not to. I don t want to disappoint my admirers. She says. He just looks at her with a puzzled expression and then leaves. Well it s not him. She says to herself. Lunchtimes she normally drives over to a park. Maybe it was someone who she s seen there? So, when lunchtime comes she leaves the office and drives to the park. She walks around for a while but doesn t see anyone. Eventually she stops at a bench and sits down. Who could her admirer be? Much as she loves her gift, her feet are beginning to ache. She slips one shoe off and gives her tired foot a little massage. As she does so, a guy she s chatted to before in the park comes up and sits with her on the bench. I guess a day on your feet in those high heels is pretty tough. He remarks. It s what a special lady has to do to keep her admirers happy. She responds. Well you re a very sexy lady and those are very pretty shoes. He replies. Nothing more is said and Monica realises she needs to get back to work. She walks back to her car and wonders if she has seen her admirer or if he has seen her. She hopes he likes how his gift look on her, although when she reaches the car her feet are really aching and she has to give them another massage before she sets off back to the office.
