So the obvious question - assuming it is in fully nominal working order - is how hard is it to blow a reading of 20 ounces (labelled "poor" on the dial), 35 ounces ("normal"), 45 ounces ("average"), or 60 ounces ("excellent")? One thing that has become clear is that when two women evaluate this device together, a healthy competition ensues, which in turn leads to many of the women achieving their "personal best" blowing pressure.
