One contestant introduces the game, and then the other draws the first question. She announces the number of the question so that the scorekeeper can look it up and be ready to signal whether she gets it right or wrong. If she gets it right, she gets to take a deep breath, and blow as hard and long as she can into her opponent's balloon (without circular breathing). If she gets it wrong, her opponent gets to blow into her balloon. The contestants take turns drawing and answering the questions, until the loser's balloon pops.
