Being the manager of a boutique hotel is a lot of work.There was a problem with the hot water in one of the rooms. A very good customer had many problems and I was told my girl at the front desk was rude and impolite. I was told the lady at the front desk basically said "OH the water still isn't hot enough for YOU!! " to the customer.
