First, Caro's big toes are now tied together and pulled back by a shoelace. Second, Jacinthe's teasing fingers are now wrapped around a comb and an electric toothbrush, which increase Caro's already fun reactions. After a couple minutes of this, Jacinthe climbs on the table so she can tickle from above, overlooking Caro's feet.
