Chaos tears open one sock, works on the bare foot for a while, then exposes the other foot so she can play with both. One big toe is freed halfway through the scene, but it doesn’t really matter, as Nessa’s feet aren’t going anywhere. While still not as ticklish as Chaos, Nessa’s feet seem a little more sensitive than during her first turn as the ticklee. Which suits Chaos just fine, because she’s eager to make Nessa pay for what she did to her earlier.
