The doctor at a remote prison doesn't think very highly of the inmates she is responsible for treating and looking after. She berates them, and uses her position to threaten and scare them. Today, she has a new "fish" who needs a physical. Prison gossip travels fast, and the new inmate has already heard about the 'good" doctor. Telling the guard to go to lunch, and that she has everything under control, the doctor immediately starts berating the new inmate.
