Through a clerical error, a sexy secretary accidentally gets made a Texas Ranger. The new ranger decides she's going to single handily arrest Black Bart, one of the biggest crime bosses in the state. When she goes to arrest him, she's soon acting silly and giggling. She's in no condition to do anything, much less arrest Black Bart. Soon, the giggling girl is resting.
