Dr. Evil is using patients at the local asylum for her dastardly plans. Today, she plans on using a regular patient for a new experiment, but the patient gets the drop on her, giving her a taste of her own medicine, making the evil woman a happy camper. Now a "patient," the doctor will have some experiments performed on her by the unhinged, but vengeful patient who just happens to be in the asylum for a severe tickling fetish. Soon, the doctor had wished she had experimented on a different patient as she is subjected to a thorough tickling at the hands of her former test subject.
