A cat burglar has been breaking into condos along the beach. Casing the condos, she waits for when she knows the owners will be gone. This early evening, she's targeted her latest mark. Easy pickings...or so she thinks. While she's stealing valuables, she surprised by the unexpected return of the home owner. He quickly subdues her, but rather than call the cops, he decides to give a little of his own justice to this thief.
