At a University known as a party school, Junior Co-Ed Daisy supplies some of the students with party "favors" and other recreational products. Rose, a straight arrow, Sophomore Journalism student is intent on exposing Daisy. Going "under cover", she tries to make a buy, but Daisy has already been warned about Rose's plan. She plays along with Rose, telling the goodie to shoes that she'll give her a "free sample." She plays along with Rose, telling the goodie to shoes that she'll give her a "free sample." Rose hadn't planned on this and is alarmed, but once Daisy gives her the "free sample", Rose's worries dissolve. Her plans to bust Daisy melt into a foggy haze of pleasure as Daisy roams over her body, fondling and kissing the student. When she finally comes out of her haze, she finds herself at Daisy's not so tender mercy. Alone and no one coming to her rescue, Rose is subjected to a vicious tickle punishment by Daisy's probing fingers. When Daisy decides Rose has had enough, for now, she leaves the snoopy student tied up while she goes and relaxes. While Daisy is on laughing, Rose frees herself and plots her revenge on the helpless Daisy. When Daisy's head clears, she finds that now, she is tied up and Rose is going to exact her own tickling revenge on the co-ed, finding all her tickly spots and Daisy's tickle secret.
