A plastic surgeon who does work for a crime cartel has gotten greedy. He's asking for more money, and suggested that he knows a lot of sensitive information that law enforcement agencies would want to know. A big mistake. The cartel doesn't respond well to threats. They have dispatched one of their best enforcers, a latina hit woman, who has disposed of numerous cartel "problems." She locates the doctor's safe house, and confronts him.
