Britney is an entertainment reporter looking for a big break. She's gone undercover and managed to attract the attention a Hollywood bad-boy actor. Expecting to dig up some dirt, she meets him at his house, but he has a surprise for the ambitious reporter. After a dose of laughing, he ties her up and has his tickling way with her as she struggles again her restraints, laughing herself silly.
