In his mild mannered disguise, he can move among the scientists and technicians without attracting any suspicion. Recently, a female research scientist has caught the tickler's attention. She would make an excellent victim to satiate the Tickler's need. However, he finds something even more tantalizing when he overhears her making notes on a finished project for a mental manipulator. With such a device, he could render his victims powerless. All he has to do is get the device from the female scientist. Unfortunately, she has her own evil designs for the device and intends to sell the device as a weapon. He attempts to steal the device while the scientist is not in her lab, but while collecting her notes, she interrupts him. The Tickler decides that the scientist needs to sample her own creation. Pointing the device at her, he turns this evil scientist into a sexual harlot who can't resist the sexual impulses the device compels her to perform.
