They never cease to frustrate us with their faux politeness tinged with a condescending tone. More than a few us have wish we could just reach across their desk and show them just how we feel. Take a gentleman dentist who visits the passport office. He runs into just such an administrative drone who vexes and frustrates him to no end with forms, regulations and red tape, not to mention her condescending attitude. He decides to teach this paper pusher a lesson. Soon, he has this surly secretary giggling and laughing herself silly. Satisfied that he's improved her mood, he decided that he now needs to teach her a lesson. She needs to learn to treat people like people and not a number. A good tickling should do the trick and he ties up the secretary for a strenuous all over body tickling. Will she learn her lesson?
