Major Jones is up to more military hi-jinks. She and Lt. Commander Mizu have volunteered for a top secret CIA program. What they don't realize is that it's a trick. The CIA plans to use the women as test subjects for two new gasses. The women already don't like each other, having a rivalry between the Army and the Navy.
