The CIA plans to use the women as test subjects for two new gasses. The women already don't like each other, having a rivalry between the Army and the Navy. The two mistrust each other and take impolite digs at each other. But soon their mutual animosity is cut short by the release of the first gas. It causes irritability and anger in it's subjects. It quickly causes the girls to descend into a wrestling cat-fight,which becomes a full blown tickle fest as each woman tries to break the other with fingers and nails. Once the gas wears off, the two girls seek to escape, but the second gas is released, leaving the woman giggling wrecks. The two desperately try to remain professional as the gas stimulates their pleasure center, turning them into laughing bimbos.
