Her step-sister has a big case today. She's submitting evidence against a big time crime boss. If she convinces the judge that her evidence is sufficient, the crime boss will go to trial and almost certainly be found guilty. The crime boss' men think that knocking off the prosecutor will solve the problem. However, the crime boss knows that if she got bumped off, another prosecutor would take her place. No, she doesn't need to be eliminated, just discredited. This gives the crime boss an idea. He's heard how "attached" the prosecutor is to her twin step-sister. He gets word to his boys to get the prosecutor's twin. He gives them orders to hold her until the evidence hearing begins and then tickle her like crazy, believing her step-sister will feel the tickling and be reduced to a giggling fool and discrediting her in front of the judge. His henchman are naturally skeptical, but they don't question their boss. When the hearing begins, they set to work on Sara, tickling the poor innocent girl to tears.
