When I look at my big, round tummy I get disgusted. I need to lose weight and I feel punishment is in order. I'm going to deliver 50 blows to my stomach, some double fisted. Maybe if it hurts bad enough I'll stop stuffing my face and remember the agonizing pain this leaves me in.
