I have a task for you to do.

It is time that you learn to love who you are, so you are going to keep a "little book" and write in it. I also expect you to share your entries with me. Imagine the weight just coming off of your shoulders, and you finally being able to relax in your true skin.

Sharing these entries with me, and doing entries in your "little book" is going to help you beyond your wildest dreams. You may become humiliated at times, but you have to understand that it is part of the journey. I love who you are becoming, and you will too.
