While modern cars rarely require accelerator pumping to get started, cars from even a few decades ago often had carbureted engines that required some skill and patience - and a lot of accelerator pumping - to get them started. So she tries four different types of sandals, high and low heeled, and with either a long thong between the toes or a short strap across the toes, to see what it was like to start such a car.
