Here is Part 3 of "PV 544 in traffic" from the 4 episodes. Loretta has arrived to the gas station after a nightmare morning with her car. Getting gas is jet another story and to open the gas cap she has to ask for help. The cap is frozen from the cold morning freeze. Watching her filling gas in the gar is a view by itself. When she is ready she gets behind the wheel and yet again her car is acting up and refuse to start.
