I love so much my high heels but.. there is a problem, they are so high!

I'm at home, alone and.. damn! A sprain for my poor foot! OMG! The pain is so strong, I can't resist!

I take off slowly my shoe and my pantyhose.. it's really difficult and my foot is really swollen.. oh please.. help me!
