LoLo was trying to sneak the Buick back into Robin's estate after her joy ride. Since she is new here, no one told her about skid row. She put her sneakers on because she was planning on going for a walk, but she's nervous and takes them off because they're just too hot and she has to get the car out before Robin finds out.
