Haven is apparently on the run from the law. She breaks into a house, takes the owner hostage, and steals his car. She's obviously very nervous, and so she has removed her sweaty heels to drive barefoot. She tries to figure out what to do, makes the person she has smell her feet, and skids the hell out of the poor tires several times while she is trying to figure out where to go and what to do.
