Mila does some pretty stern revving to the Acadia after melting the tires. The rev limiter *thinks* it can prevent further pain from her bare, right foot, but the temperature gauge ultimately showed that no, it could not. She had to cut it short after the eight minute mark as the coolant temperature was going closer and closer to danger mark. After the cameras quit rolling, I cranked the car back up with the AC off to let it run a little while to circulate the coolant. Even after shutting it off, the electric fans still ran for several minutes cooling the radiator! Smart car... Punished car, c...
